The Idea
Several years ago, the idea of an academy began to teach Islamic studies and the Quran remotely for young Muslims (boys – girls) in order to make it easier for parents to teach their children about religion without hardship, and to save money, time and effort.
The first breakthrough was to start studying at the Academy in the year 1440 AH corresponding to 2018 AD.
The Message
Hedaya International Academy for Juniors seeks to create a strong Muslim generation that can answer;
Why were we created?
And what are we commanded to do?
﴿ وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ ٥٦﴾ سُّورَة الذَّاريَات
The Almighty said: {And the jinn and mankind were not created except for Me to be a slave (56)} [Al-Dhariyat].
﴿ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ١٩﴾ سُّورَة محَمَّد
The Almighty said: {So know that there is no god but Allah} [Muhammad: 19].
If this is achieved; The servant of the Muslim, his Lord – the Almighty – has insight, and adhered to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s blessing and peace be upon him, and his honorable companions – may Allah be pleased with them all.
Duration of Study at The Academy
Two years, divided into eight courses, the duration of each course is three months, in between these courses are periods of periodic examinations.
Taking into account official holidays and holidays, as well as school exams, there is no conflict between studying at the academy and studying in schools.
Target Group
Targeting the largest possible group of Muslim youth (girls – boys) from the age of five to fifteen years old from all over the world, through social media and the Internet.
Academy Objectives
Connecting the Muslim youth with the Holy Quran, its sciences, memorization and recitation.
Defining the Muslim’s Sunnah of his Prophet – may Allah bless him and grant him peace – and loving and following him.
Raising the Muslim to love knowledge and its people and to set a good example.
Implanting Islamic values and morals that are missing in many Muslim children now.
Creating a faith environment through the good company of the Academy’s students, and this is a great goal, as the harm caused by bad company is well known.
Providing children with new learning skills through social media.
Communicate with mothers and try to solve the problems they face in education through teachers specializing in Islamic studies and educational training .
:: Curriculum ::
Islamic Studies
Male and female students study the following subjects:
Aqidah (creed) – interpretation of the Quran – Fiqh – Biography of the Prophet – Hadith (including mannerisms) – educational activities
These subjects will be taught for each stage at a level appropriate to the ages of the children and their abilities to comprehend and memorize and from distinguished teachers who teach how to deal with children up to the age of eleven years.
Then, the student moves to the sheikhs to complete the rest of the study levels with them, while the girls study with the teachers at all levels of study.
Each student is required to attend two sessions of the Qur’an and one session of Islamic studies per week.
The mother chooses the appropriate recitation dates from the application form, and the date of the Islamic studies session will be chosen through the dates available in the application form.
After applying and before the start of teaching at the academy, an email (e-mail) will be sent to the mother to confirm the completion of enrollment in the academy.
Quran Memorization and Intonation
The amount of memorized Quran recitation is determined according to the student’s ability to memorize and his level of intonation.
The distinguished student who can memorize a greater number of his peers will be given special care and given what suits his age and abilities.
The Academy
Aiming to call to Allah on insight around the world.
Children will be divided according to their ages: from 5:7 years old, 8:11 years old, and 12:15 years old.
Taking into account the separation of girls from boys in the online sessions in the three age stages.
The Online education system for children depends primarily on the mother’s interest in educating her child, and female teachers will not be able to communicate with the child remotely without the mother’s interest and complete the teacher’s directions.
